Q: Procedure to transfer the ownership of land in favour of society

My society is a reg soc and it is on government lease land. I want to get it assigned in the favour of society. Please help me out with the procedure.

You need to get a conveyance deed done between the owner builder to the society ..... approached he builder and get a good conveyancer deed drafted by a lawyer and get the same registered

Q: Clarification regarding share of property between two brothers

I owned a property which is having house since 1983. Now I have to participate property division between my younger brother as my father got expired. My concern is as per as law younger brother can get property share of my owned. So is there any way that my owned property don't get shared. Can I transfer the property to my wife now? Will this would be future proof solution later property division between my brother. Let me know the solution. Ravi

Only your kids mother and wife have a right on tour owned property . May be you can make a will in favour of your wife with conditions if required. .... for further discussion may be you can contact.

Q: Property once gifted through gift deed be claimed back again

I am Hindu. My uncle is gifting me a property so i wanted to know after that can he claimed that property from me again or not. After giving me the gift deed will i be the owner of that property.

Gift once given cannot be taken back.provided a valid gift deed is executed and the same is registered. It cannot be claimed back by the donor .

Q: What to do if the builder did fraud with me and gave me different flat

Booked flat in Lodha Amara under IPO style where they claimed that selection will be on lotary system. Applied flat in the bracket of 8-14 floor rate by paying adv. Rs.50K. Was allottes worst flat, lowest on 8th floor, back side and south facing.. Now got position after paying full money and possession letter signed allotted parking on 13th floor, again worst, despite being booking early.Not accepted the parking and raised complain to Lodha but they rejected. Being cheated, how do I get justies?

Q: How to change name of nominee in case of account holder dies

My father was die due to sickness and my mother name is a nominee in bank account but there is an issue because my mother name is bharti but in bank account the nominee name was bhavika so i have to change the nominee name from bhavika to bharti so whats the legal procedure so should i have to follow..

You have to get the name change Gazzete done.. and the old name can b changed to the new name . post whic make application in the bank for name change.....
