Could you please assist with the following questions regarding my situation: 1. I have 2 criminal cases against me under sections 354, 507, 383. It's been over 18 months and the charge sheet has not been filed yet. Can I renew my passport without the charge sheet being filed? 2. What are the grounds on which I can apply for passport renewal in my current situation? 3. If my passport renewal application gets rejected, what should be my next step? 4. As simple as you can make application to the consern court they 100 percent allow such application because there is judgement of supreme court of India Once you get this permission your passport automatically generated your passport Then for charge sheet you can go for discharge application for the same

I paid human resources company 5400 rupees as job joining fees which I didn't have invoice for but I have registration form copy with company and UPI payment proof of payment I paid. Can I lodge complaint against them? If yes how? I was offered a job of 8 hours but when I gone there to join they forced me to take 12 hours shift which I didn't want. Consultancy has policy to pay fees after selection before joining.
