Q: Labor creating problems on being transferred to different factory
Labour was transfered to another factory of the same organization but they didn't go and created problems by stopping other workers going inside the factory and called the locals and stopped the production of the company. In this respect what the company should take action. PLS advice.

Hi, If the labour /workmen is crating the problem inside the organization then first issue show cause notice cum charge sheet and thereafter conduct a domestic inquiry and suspend form the organization. You can't suspend the workmen without conducting domestic inquiry.
Q: Flat brought in joint name can I transfer it in my name ?
my husband has passed away. we had bought a Flat in Joint name. and the agreement was made in the both's name. later i got it changed into my name. can my in laws object to that or claim their share in the property?

My nephew married on 24th jan 2015. Due to difference of opinion, they want to seek divorce on mutual consent. Already in front of elders of family and society, in mother tongue, a separation draft was made and signed by all parties concerned. Can we seek and get immediate legal divorce from the court? If yes, what is the procedure?

Hi, as your nephew marriage is not completed 1 year so your nephew can't file a petition of divorce at now. they have to file a petition for divorce after completion of 1 year.2. No settlement taken place outside the court is not binding on the parties and it is not valid also.3. They have to seek divorce before the court only.
Q: Does daughters have any right over father's property
My father expired early when I was 3yrs old girl. I have two elder brothers. After that property/Shop was transferred to my mothers name and caretaker was my uncle since my mother was illiterate. I left home and got married on my own since 18years. Do I have any rights over the property which is enjoyed by my brothers. I have adaughter aged 16yrs. My father purchased one building having ground and first floor in Basavanagudi Bangalore. Registered the ground floor under his name and first floor under his wife's ( my mother ) name in 1982. My elder brother doing business and is living with his working wife is ,having a own house in a different village. I am staying in first floor of Bangalore house and working in a private company. My younger brother is doing business in ground floor of Bangalore house, and my mother is living with him. Now my mother has registered the first floor to my elder brother's name. Am I entitled to any share in this property?
