Q: How to file an application under section 482 CRPC

one complainant lodged one complaint against 5-10officers in ACB. after 25 days verification was done in next 20 days in one digital recorder. that digital recorder was kept in the almirah of Trap laying officer instead of malkhana. it is stated by ACB that verification was done with 5 officers of one office and other 5 officers of Head office .verification of alll the officers against whom complaint was made was not done.first trap arranged failed and other one succeeded.three audio CD made from digital recorder .in which verification proof of all the 10 officers exists . can ACB file two FIRs one in succeeded case in one court and other in trap fail case in different place court as per jurisdiction .

Q: Can I get chid custody if I prove adultery on behalf of my wife

Dear Sir I would like to share that I am a married guy from last 7 years, and in relation with my wife from last 11 years. I was happily married since the day I caught my wife not once once but over couple of occasiaons of having involved over phone with one guy. The suspense got over when one day she was caught red handed speaking about love and faulty language with him, after the occassion the phone recordings showed they are been into relation for more than 2 months and have had more than 1200 calls during the tensure involving talks about sex as well. Some Proof which I do have are as under : 1. Travelling in joint sleeper bus from overnight and return 2. Staying in Hotel For overnight 3. Audio rerecords of both the persons to have kisses hugs etc, also both of them have agreed in front of me that yes they did these activities, recordings for the same is also available so now can i prove adultery and get my child back.

Q: What to do if my parents have been falsely accused in a suicide case

Respected experts, My parents have been allegedly accused of being involved in a case of suicide. My father is 62 years old and my mother is 53 years old. My father has undergone a brain hemorrhage surgery last year in February 2017. In the case, the wife of the brother in law of my father's brother in law (mere mamaji ke saale ki wife) has hung herself to the fan and committed suicide. The Couple was married for more than 2.5 years without baby. While reporting the matter to the police, the father of the girl has allegedly accused the husband, his parents, his brother, my father's brother in law and his wife and my parents, involved in the case that they have forced her to commit suicide and demanding dowry. In this scenario my parents have very low contact with the girl and her husband regarding any matter. They seldom visit our home in year.. They have accused my parents with wrong intentions and my parents being senior citizens are worried and tensed being involved in the suicide

Q: Husband threatened for divorce, what can the wife do

Hindu family': My sister Married just 1 year ago, she talks and message with a guy, those messages are caught by her in laws. My sister says that messages are deleted by her, but some how they (specially father inlaw) recovered from service providers. Now on the basis of those messages they want to prove her character less and threatened her for divorce and her defame our family in society. I want to ask u on the basis of those messages can court gives divorce and what should my sister stand in this case.

Take divorce by mutual consent it will be best for both families. Because this is not America so having been sent such messages after marriage tantamounts to breach of trust between both individuals and no relation being so sensitive can stand with these things in mind. It will be better to end such relation.

Q: Live separately & file for divorce as parents & in laws not supporting

I want to file a divorce because my married life is not going happily but neither my in-laws nor my parents want me to do this. They are continuously pressurising me. I am looking for a job and I am getting offers as well but they do not allow me to work because of their fears. Is it illegal if I start living in a separate apartment without their permission and file a divorce?
