Hlw My name is xyz I was in a relationship of 7 yrs during this phase we both didn't have any physical relation but we have kisses hugs and he promised me for marriage as I kept asking him when he will gonna marry me but he alwys delay bcz of his fmly bcz of dis rzn I gone in depression and Dr also suggested us to marry me with my bf as soon so my mother has visited to his fmly they simply said no and he also stepped back I genuinely wanna marry him am very tensed pls help me out :-

When I checked my case information in e-court, It is showing :Decision Date : 10-August-2022Case Status : DisposedNature of Disposal : Contested ALLOWEDMy concern is that My advocate keeps asking me to come on date and asks me to to buy attendance form but never present me infront of judge also takes his fee too. I would like to know wheather my case is shut or it is still pending? or Am I getting robbed by my advocate?

Q: Wife caught in adultery in hotel with a men
My wife filed a 498a ,504,506 and dowry act in 2022 and I have taken a anyicipatory against 498a in 2023 and interim maintainance ordered and living in her parent home and denying to reunite and asking for huge amount for mutual divorce .In 2024 I caught her with a man in hotel for which I have all records like video and hotel records and continously abusing me and my family in whatsapp along with enjoying adulterous life . Can I use this adultery prove in court to deny maintainance and alimony
