Q: How do I get back the possession of my bike

On 2/1/2018 i was driving in delhi i live in Gurgaon i was having some work in Delhi so i went to delhi and forgot that im not having back number plate on my bike a police man came stopped me a side taken my bike key and asked me to get off from the bike then he seat on my bike and he take my bike to the police station now what can I do to get my bike back

U can release your bike on superdari, from that court which has been placed in the jurisdiction of the area of that police station in which your bike has seized. After filling the superdarinama court will order to SHO to release the bike.

Aapko cruelty ke ground par divorce file karna chaiye, Aapko divorce mil sakta hai, yadi apki patni Aapke parents ki ijjat nhi karti, aur Aapko hurt karti hai, then it is also a type of cruelty, Aapko turant hi iski suchna pehle police ko, aur phir divorce file karna chaiye

Q: What if I am getting mentally tortured by ex-lover's in laws?

Sir m very depressed because of blackmailing by my xlover father in law They give me threaten for damage my self respect and dignity... They use my name in my society.. I was love him and his family members force him to marry their but now he is not happy because of her wife and father in law are very cruel... And always fight with him and give threatened to him if he have objection then they damaged my reputation... He is mentally disturb and crying he is not happy with her she don't care him and don't care his family members....he doesn't want to live with her... But they blackmail me if he divorce her then they spoil my family

No, they can't do anything, u should prepare him to file divorce against her. And if they are threatening you, then u should complaint to police, and if police is not registering FIR then you should file a case u/s 156(3) crpc. For registration of FIR.. All accused will be in Jail... No body can torture you...
