As per family court judgement 31 Aug 18 I have given RS 2000 PM to minor child Now they have completed 18 years age Then what can I do for stop maintenence???

You can approach to same court for change in order on the ground of changed circumstances due to attain of majority as there is provision in Sub Section 125, if the same court refuses your application thn you can challenge the order in concerning High Court.

My grandfather and grandmother died 4 years ago . My father has 2 brother and 2 sister. Currently my father and my 1uncle live on house which is named on my grandmother. My uncle and his wife everyday try to fight with us .So we want to sell the property and divide it amongst all the children of my grandfather .
