I was married in 2011 and my wife is a govt School teacher. During lock down in 2020 my wife was cheated on me with his school teacher who accompany her in his car to the school . We have two kids of 8 yrs old . Year ago she left the house and rented a room near the school . The school is situated in other area which is far from home . First let me tell you about cheque bouncing, we can file it when we have to take money from someone and we have given a cheque in his place, but if we have given a cheque and that cheque bounces then we can file a case against him, but before that we have to serve a legal notice to him and within 30-45 days if we have to file a case, we file a recovery suit, when we have to take money from someone and he is not giving us our money, then after giving us a legal notice and after observing the notice period of 15 days in it, if he still does not give us our money, then we file a recovery suit.
