Me and my husband both are Indian citizens. He is on H1 b visa in US. We got married in Canada in October 2016. Is it feasible to file a divorce in India????

Yes u can file in India, provided u r currently staying in India, but if u r coming only to India for filing divorce petition than not possible, as per territorial jurisdiction if u currently living in India u can file it here

Actually i married a girl in arya smj mandir and took her away to my home at once then after 25 days her parents came to. My home and the took her away i have tried to call her and family as well many times but they blocked all the number and after sometime she denied to live with me three months passed she never called me again even not tried to call me. Now i m listening many affairs of her with another guy so what is the process of divorce in this case? I m too much frustrated.

You can file a divorce petition under HMA, provided you should have concrete proof of if all her existing affairs with other as well as ur marriage document. Better you ckntaract a matrimonial lawyer.

Dear madam. Section 304b is equally stringent now you have to prove that before her death, there was demand for dowry either from her husband or her in laws, on non fulfillment of dowry she was killed.
