Q: How to file a case against a online shopping site

I have purchased a product from flipkart which required to be installed by dealer within 72hrs. Today it is already 15 days over but no one has turn up to install the product at my home till now. I have call flipkart customer care several times but all i get is apology nothing else. How i can i teach them a lesson learnt?

First of all send them legal notice through an advocate warning them, if you not complete your work then I will take legal action against you. Wait for some days if any reponse come it is ok if not then file complaint before consumer forum court

Q: How can I save myself from from fraud police complaints

case is filed against me under 406 of IPC and there is no proof of that I have done any criminal breach of trust. GOT anticipatory bail from HC under 439 crpc . what to do now police can arrest me or what next I can do to save myself from fraud complains

You got anticipatory bail so police can't arrest you unless you fulfil the conditions of bail. You don't worry about case the burden of proof is on who filed case against you. You only defend the case.

Q: I applied for a/c opening in bank and still not opened after 1 month

Applied for a/c before 1 month. Not opened till date. Mental harassment n lost the golden changes of profit earnings in share market due to poor n delayed services of bank.

Firstly you give legal notice by the an advocate to the bank and wait for reply. Notice to strong base for us.Then You can file consumer complaint aganist bank in your district consumer forum. Your grievance can be solved by consumer forum you may get compensation of your mental harassment

Q: Can I resume my govt job if I am on bail ?

Respected sir, Mujhe district court se ipc 420, 467 me 7 years ka punishment mila hai. Aur me high court se 30.08.2016 se bail par hu. Me 1 state govt. Teacher hu. Mujhe job me vapas nahi liya ja raha hai. Me last 4 months se apne officers ko aneko bar aavedan de chuka hu. Me kya karu ? Kya me govt. Job vapas join kar sakta hu ?

It is pertinent to note that there is no bar on selection on the ground of pending trial. However, you must reveal fairly the pendency of the criminal case , FIR, arrest and detention (if any) as required in the Attestation Form and Affidavit to be submitted with the Department. As per law, it is for the screening committee to decide whether the pendency of the criminal case would have any bearing on the nature of your post on the basis of the allegations leveled against you in the FIR and the charges(if framed). There are plethora of judgments where the courts (including the Supreme Court) have interfered in the decisions of the departments discharging servicemen only on the pretext of a pending case. Moreover, a judgment delivered by Justice M Katju (Supreme Court) directs the departments to take liberal view in such cases and not to reject the candidature solely on the ground of a pending case

Q: Wrongful confinement by police, please advise what can be done

My friend arrest in 151 and more than 24 hrs passes now .wrongfully police arrest for asking question to collector about progress of swatch bharat abhiyan . What to do now Please help

File hebeus corpus writ petition aganist public officer.340.[i] The Indian Penal Code deals with other matters related in this regard from339to S. 348. When it comes to public police, the proving of false imprisonment is sufficient to obtain a writ of Habeus Corpus.
