Q: Divorce file aur toucher ka case krna hai mujhe

Meri sadi ko 3.6 year ho gye h. Abhi Mai apne husband aur unke family walo ke toucher pr karib 8 months se Noida aakr rh rhi hu. Jb mai suru me divorce magi thi to unhone nhi diya apna sara contact bnd kr diya mere se aur mere aane ke 4 month bad hi unhone dusri sadi kr li. Mujhe unse apna sara saman aur divorce chahiye.

it's a case of bigamy . you can file a divorce and claim the maintenance. his second marriage is not valid. apko mansik kasht aur pida ke liye police me FIR turant karni chahiye.apke husband ki dusri shadi ki koi vaidhyata nahi hai.. apko court insaaf degi aur apka haq bhi milega.

Q: contractor is threatening the family by sending police at home & on ph

i made an agreement with a contractor for the construction of my house. he cheated us that he took money about 7lakhs more than the agreed amount & also he didnot completed the work.after a lot of disputes we dismissed him & started the rest work of construction.ow he is threatening me & my family through telephonic call by some policemen.they misbehave on phone & threaten us. kindly help

firstly you have the valid document then you can take the help ,directly making the complaint in front of Magistrate lodge the case of criminal breach of trust against the contractor.or you can also file a recovery suit for recovery of money.. record the calls for future reference.

if someone has complaint against you, firstly confrim that do you know that person personally. if yes go and give an application in police station, that person is defaming you for the offence you hve not committed

Q: Case of mentally tourcher and harresment

Sir,My PhD supervisor is harrassing me mentally. He threats me that he will not supervised my PhD. He openly threats me to quit chabmer provided by the institute. He didn't sign on my contingency bill and travel support grant. How can I take a strict action against him?

you can directly give an application to Magistrate. that you are continuously getting life threat and going through mental harassment. magistrate will take the cogniganze. You need not to fear. keep the phone records or messages..or record the communication for evidence..
