Q: Legal action against mental torture & black mail with private videos

Hello sir, i am seeking for the righteous action taken against someone who is torturing me mentally. I had a friend and once we got intimate when we were intoxicated. Out of my knowledge he recorded a video of our sexual act. When I tried to cut off contacts with him he tried to blackmail me through those clips. He wanted to get intimate with me once again. He told me that he wants to get intimate once again and after that he will not bother again. Out of my stupidity, I did it but now he is stalking me again and again. He is threatening to kill me and my family and also to expose those videos in public very soon, if I will not get intimate with him at the time he wants have intimation. I would like to get rid off him. I have all the messages where he has threatened me to murder and continuously told me to have intercourse with him.BUT I don't want to involve my parents into this. Thugh my mother knows he is stalking me but she doesn't know the whole story. Kindly suggest me something

Thats the great thing dat you hav recorded his threat that will help you to take legal recourse against him,Don't bow down to his blackmailYou can lodge criminal case in police station under section 506 for criminal intimidation.Though i will personally advice you to inform your parents about this.You can even file rape case against him.You need to be brave and punish him for his actions

Meri shaadi 27/11/2015 ko hui thi or 8 months baad meri wife mujhe SE jagda karne lagi roj nai nai demand karne lagi Ki Jo me Puri nhi kr skta or jagda roj badne laga or wo mujhe dahej KE case me fasane Ki dhamki dene lagi ab me pareshn ho chuka hu or me aapni wife ko talak Dena chahata hu lekin wo mujhe talak nhi Dena chhati me kiya karu or aagar KE talak Dena chhu to kitna time lagega

In such a case, as the husband wishes to divorce, he will have to separately petition to the court to grant the divorce. Such a petition can be made by the husband only on certain groundsThe court will call upon the husband to prove the ground sought by him for the divorce; the wife will be called to disprove the allegations. If the husband's allegations are proved, the court would award a divorce, even if the wife does not wish to divorce. If the allegations are found unsubstantiated, the court will dismiss the divorce petition.
