Q: Got govt job, but Trapped in 452

Hello sir/mam, this is Shailendra Singh from Raebareli, I got selected in a state govt. Job., before 1 year I was at home my uncle and 2 freind of my uncle taken fight to neighbors, I went there to take home my uncle, after that they filled fir against 4 of us including me. We didn't filled cross case now it's become us vs state of up. The charges are ipc 452, 323,325,504 and506. Now hearings is going on, district court is just giving next date again and again. 2nd party is now ready to compromise, can 452 be compromised? And what are other solution? Is my career ruined, or something possible?
