Q: Legal action against the person extracting money by filing false case
One person is trying to extract money from me making a false allegation that I had taken money (10 lakh approximately) from him around 15 years back. The person is politically connected and he is building pressure on me through police station of his area. The police persons are calling me on phone and asking me to report to police station to settle the issue. I am a simple person and am scared of going to the police station because they may force me to do anything. please advise what should I do at this stage

Then read the complaint and show how many time taken the basis of complaint.if the complaint base is much three years old the complaint can be cancelled by court.any person can not recover any grant after three years old
