Q: Correction of Date of birth in passport
My brother is working in US on H1B visa. He is going for green card application through EB2 category.He has the correct birth certificate issued by Govt. But, during his school admission the date of birth got changed from 25.10.95 to 25.10.96. Now he wants to correct the birth records in all documents in India and USA. If he gets a court order for change of date of birth can he correct his DOB in all US records and apply for green card smoothly?
