Q: Mother and father abuses the child and father is a civil servant (IRS)

I'm fighting a Domestic Violence case which will lead to the fall of the BJP Government. This DV complaint includes child abuse by mother and bribery by father. Mother abuses the child and father is a civil servant. The child has been expelled from 5 schools for showing symptoms of child abuse. All civil servants, The police or the government commissions refuse to acknowledge the complaint.
