Police has submitted charge sheet where accused statement shows admission of guilt. There was no such statement made to police and there is no sign of accused on the statement.What is the value of such police statement of accused during trial?

Q: Tenant beating me and threatening to kill. Not clearing dues.
My tenant was living in my house since 6 months and he was making my property dirty . They started pet business in my property . I gave them a notice to leave the property , when they chased me with a boti dao and even beaten me . Then they left the house and coming frequently and taking away their belongings . I locked up their room along with their belongings demanding to clear my dues then only I will allow them to take those away . Is that legal as my dues are pending ? Now they filed a complaint against me for not returning their items . I went to police and lodged a case of crpc 107 against them . Now they filed a general diary against me . Today they called me up and agreed to pay dues in cash but i refused and said that I will accept it online only as it serves as a proof . Cash has no proof . They are threatening to write petition in nabanna. What shall I do now??

no that is not legal...you cannot lock others belongings like this, you can take cash but everything has to be pen down in writing...you can write an intimation letter to police regarding such acts done by the opposite party
