It depends on the Endorsement the Postman has made on the postal cover. If he has endorsed as 'Refused' or 'not claimed' the service of notice will be deemed sufficient and further action as contemplated under law will follow
Q: Buying property from person who got it through relinquishment deed
I am willing to buy a property in Bangalore where a released/relinquishment deed done in favour of the Daughter by the wife and son of the deceased Father.To my understanding now the property belongs solely to the daughter as now she will be the owner. My Question here is whether it is mandatory to take the Consenting witness signatures from both of them during registration.

If the Release deed has been duly registered and both the wife and son of the deceased have sign the release deed that is sufficient. It is not mandatory to take their signatures as consenting witnesses

My cheque of 10000/- got bounced. What should I do?

A legal notice calling upon to pay the amount of the cheque is to be issued on the drawee of the cheque within 30 days from the date of dishonour of the cheque giving the drawee clear 15 days time to make the payment. If the payment is not made u can file a private complaint before the jurisdictional magistrate within 30 days after the expiry of the 15 days time.

Hi, Recently on 28th Oct'16 the flat cancellation cheques from TGS Construction issued to me are got bounced. please suggest what action I can take towards them.
