i had an affair with a married men. he seek divorce from his wife by x party divorce to which his wife put an objection and wrote in application that he had an affair with me that is the reason for seeking divorce.. i ended up relationship 6 month ago. will there be any against me..

I would like to suggest you that mam, there will be no course of action in divorce proceeding against you if you ended your relationship with aforementioned person. On other there will be a a chance of initiate proceedings of criminal liability

My wife is having an affair with my cousin.I have confronted her many times, but it starts all over again.I have confronted my cousin also, but he denies. I would like to suggest you that, kindly send a notice regarding alleged adultery act done by them and if they understand by these mean matter will be sought and if not u file a petition for that before Honourable family court

I am an unmarried unemployed female. My father (suffering from dementia) has properties worth 20 Crs or more and he is the sole earner as well as the owner. My brother had a love marriage. My brother and his wife are unemployed. We all live on father's income. I have proof to believe that my brother's wife and her family have no good intentions and the marriage was for my father's wealth. If they harm me in any manner only brother's wife/ her family will benefit the most. My father has not made any will or gift deed so far as the latter costs a lot. Also he does not wish to sell any property now. How to safeguard my life/ property without hurting my parents' emotions?

Sir, With ur above mentioned problems, I suggest you to give notice & file a petition u/s. 9 of Hindu marriage Act. This petition always works as defence tool from any false and fabricated case foisted against you and your family members. This petition is for restitution of conjugal rights.

u can file complaint domestic violence act and if ur father didn't give amount for maintenance then ur mother also file a case under 125 of cr.p.c.there is another procedure in which u can file a F. I. R. u/s. 294 for abusing, 323 for assault nd 506 for threatening for dire consequences of ur life under ipc
