Q: Sale person misguide and make emi instead of full payment by card

I had purchased a phone from local shop (Anmol mobile) at sector 22 Chandigarh. I have made full payment as asked by seller by credit card instead of cash/ gpay as sale person told me there will be extra discount on payment by credit card. I make full payment as he guide and told. A mesaage of payment 29070 came to me. Thereafter 3-4 days I got a mail from card bank- about my loan and emi for mobile. I was stunned as I never adopted for emi option and neither seller told about this.

sir the first step you should immediate take ,that is consult with the bank customer support service and tell them about the unauthorized EMIs .After send a legal notice to the shop if they still not take any action then just the file a complaint in the consumer court against the shop for this fraud. Attach all the bills and receipts with your complaint

Q: Fraud by a girl in the context of the marriage.

A girl in the context of marriage asked me for financial support as loan(Have all transaction detail as done online). Where as she was sending the money to her boyfriend. She had committed to marry me (She had talked to my parents on call regarding it) also having her chats till now. Now she is distancing from me and and I found out she lied to me about this. I want to know what legal action should i take and how to proceed with it.

there are two remedies .the first one is criminal in which you can represent your complaint for fruad and criminal breach of trust (under section - 318 bns/420 IPC ) to police station against that girl .On other hand, there is also a civil remedy available in which you can file a Suit for Recovery of Money in the civil court .For the further details in the brief you can consult to me
