Q: looking for an advocate to do argument on revision of 498a summon

i filed a revision in the session court of PHC to set aside the summoning order of 498a , i filed the revision on various ground like - i had faced the trial on same alligation in the competent jurisdiction and no cause of action in Delhi jurisdiction hence magistrate can not take cognizance again. malicious intent, huge demand and threatened to file a case recording transcript. police reports just say misunderstanding. budget is 3 to 4k for the argument

Litigation cost you have to pay if you are husband and your wife is nither earning nor eligible for earning. Still, there are many judgements of Hon’ble Supreme Court as well as different HCs. But the judgement depends upon the facts of the case not all judgement will be applicable in your case. You can only use the judgement whose facts are similar to your case, otherwise court with dismiss your application. I hope you got my point

You have lots of remedies under the law.498a, 125crpc, remedy is under Hindu marriage act, remedies under the domestic violence act etc. Even Court can grant you police protection by directing local police under section 18 of dv act, separate residence under domestic violence act and many other remedies.There is no one above law. Law k samne bade bade criminal ka bigad jata hai….to ye kis khet ki muli hai.

Q: Police filed fake closure report for bns 69 at Faridabad

I have all the proofs and chats with acceptance from the accused. I even provided the same to ACP, sho and io but accused bribed them and now at ncw office I get to see fake statement 164, wrong cdr copy with random dates and time. Accused promised marriage in front of io but now they are closing it without filing it at court. Met ACP who is saying I went hostile, while there are proofs of io forcing me to share withdrawal affidavit. My request for police protection to magistrate is denied.
