Q: Can 377 be applied on me if no sodomy is done

Yes if they file a case against you then obviously you might have to face the consequences and beside this as you mentioned he is a minor the act itself become heinous. Even you might be charged under POCSO.

It is better to register an FIR immediately at the nearest police station as there might be other danger related to it. I would advice that please learn about sexual abuse and matter related to molestation.

i am jobless, and iilegally thrown away out of my ancestral home, without my cloths, documents etc. my father is paralysed mother also ill, my uncles etc can even take his signs or thumbs on any paper, what i can do now?do i need money or nalsa can help me
