Husband and wife bith are working and earning equal salary. Infact girl is more qualfied. Can I understand how much they can claim if this thing moves to court. Boy does not have any property either. It's in parents name. Also marrige was done during covid period with 100 people so there are not much expenses. Q: Fraud case: I ordered a book on Amazon they are not delivering Book.

I ordered a book from Amazon. I ordered the book on 4 April then they don't diliver to book and issued refund. The assured me that I can order it again. I ordered that book book on 19 April, the delivery date was before 28 April. It's not yet delivered. The delivery status shows that it's on the way. So I want to take a legal action against Amazon.

Advocate Kuldeep Singh answered
First of all you must send a legal notice to Amazon through an Advocate, in this notice you must demand your money (whatever you have paid) and also compensation amount, and after successfully delivering of notice if Amazon doesn't refund and pay compensation then you must file a complaint.
