Hi, I am a hindu boy. My grandmother who died in 2001had left lot of ancestoral property. My father is not willing to give me a share in the property and wants to give everything 2 my brother. Please let me know if I have a right on the property and is there something which I can do?

You should file partition suit. ancestral property is coparcenary property and the son is a joint owner along with his father (when he is alive), i.e., he can not have exclusive or sole right to the entire ancestral property.
