Judicial separation is a separate prayer diverse separate prayer it cannot be replaced we have to withdraw the separation petition and file a new petition for diverse on the ground of the cruel and if there is two years of decision from either of the spouse the prayer in the judicial separation petition cannot be converted into the diverse petition

We need to file an appeal before the High Court or the appellate court challenging the judgement and degree only that way we can go ahead and we can challenge the forged degree obtained by the party in the trial court for that we need to go through the all the judgement and degree and we have to frame an opinion on that

So my grandfather was a gharjamai he has done 2 marrige first one has the property all in her name and has child after healr death he has married 2nd wife who is my father's mother and now do we have any right over the property?
