Q: My lawyer is not working for me needs papaer from vakalath
My current lawyer is wathdrawn from my divorce case. To get NOC from him he said get papers from valkalth you hired I will give NOC. Is it correct process?

You just need to file a new vakalatnama filed before the court where your case is currently pending. If your current lawyer is not objecting he can (1) simply gave a statement to the court that he is withdrawing or (2) simple letter from him that he is withdrawing and has no objection (3) on the new vakaltnama he can just endorse the new lawyer and state that he has no objection. Q: Dispute of transfer deed of Flat limitation act 3 yrs or 12 yrs
If a flat jointly owned by myself and wife is transferred to 100% my ownership by proper gift deed / Transfer deed executed in tehsil. During the joint ownership 60% amount was paid by wife to bank for LoanCan the transfer deed be challenged after 4 years . Under limitation of property act what is the period 3 yrs or 12 yrs for challenging this transfer deed ? can the property be disputed or court issue "restriction on selling"

So, I have an office space that I want to put up on coworking sites since I haven't been able to utilise the full space, and the lease is for 2 more years. In the Master Rent agreement, there is no mentions of a subletting clause. Simply none. What are my options going forward? I don't want to talk to the owner for an NOC since he can cause fuss about it. When I rented the office space, I casually asked him about subletting and he didn't have a problem with it. Can I go ahead and sublet this?

I can help you get around this without the owner creating a fuss but we will have to create a strategy to ensure he doesn’t feel like you’re actually sub-leasing but just licensing someone to use it by adding a small add‑on to your current agreement where he allows you to use part of the space as co‑working while you stay fully responsibleHowever, for your knowledge let me make it clear that If you let other people use your office without something written and signed by the owner, he can later say you broke the agreement and try to evict you out by start an eviction case. Even if he once said casually that he’s okay with it, it’s very hard to prove that, and the law usually expects clear written permission for this kind of sharing.
