Q: Are recordings and screenshots of messages admissible in court
sir, please help in the regard, that i have done love marriage with family consents, and i am married for 5 years, from last 4 month i have seen changes in behavior of my wife, she has started keeping her mobile out of my reach, when i suspected , she falsely cried and told i am doing nothing such things, but i secretly installed an app for spying, i have the screenshot of conversations with that person with whom she is having this affair,also the screenshot of video calls in which both are in comprising position. also i have the call recordings and in those recording the man intention is to kill me, i have a one year boy,and that man is a cousin of my wife from her maternal uncle side. the girl was in far relation of mine,we both are hindu of same caste. i am very much depressed with this, pls guide me how to proceed for this.i suspect that might she can kill my son also.will this recordings and screenshot of whatsapp will be a solid proof for me.

Yea sure the recordings are admissible as evidence, and if you are sure to move forward towards litigation then the first step would be to give a Sanha (information) regarding the issue to the concerned police station.
Q: Property case won person still doing illegal activities what to do
i am looking forward to get help pertaining to the problem i am facing in keeping my property safe.as i have all the relevant documents related to that property.i have also cultivated it peacefully 70 long years.ts since 5 to 6 years another party just tried to encroach that land forcefully .although we have also won a case in LRDC court where the the decision was in my side in 2012 but having all this the against party is just doing all those illegal encroachment activities on the land when we used to go police station with that judgement of LRDC court.the police station didn't take any action we have won the case in 2012 and the against party has not challenged it till now.The warrant also issued against him in case number 107 as well Rs 25000 BOND Has been set by SDO court but the nothing stoping him do that illegal activities.neither he has following the rule of law nor is he come to fill that bond.it seems like respective police station is favoring that person .

Q: How to file a criminal complaint against land owners for threatening
My name is Abhishek Kumar.I along with my friend formed a Pvt.ltd company. Then we leased a land and mortgage a land to obtain loan.The owner of the land and her son were made directors of the company. The company started a factory after obtaining a loan from the bank. However after the factory started the land owner started threatening us and abusing us.Since we were not natives of Bihar we couldn't do much. We were asked not to come to the factory again. We filed an information petition in the CJM court in August last year. Nothing happened though. Now we have heard they have filed a criminal case against us under Sec 420 and many other sections.The court hasn't taken cognizance yet.But how am I supposed to go about.... Shouldn't I file a criminal case too.
