I have lodged a complaint against my husband for maintenance, domestic violence and 498 on 2023 September. But as per last interim order I could get 20,000 but my husband started giving 10,000 as he claimed that I'm doing a job. But I'm not doing any job presently.Also, I haven't received my ornaments and all my belongings from them . Its been almost 4 yrs to my wedding. My husband is frm HP. 3 month back i became mom. 2 days post delivery my MIL misbehaved n put so many allegations on me on cultural differences. She insulted my parents & me. My husband supported his mother. I m in depression since then. Theres no emotional mental connect with my husband now. I want to step out of this marriage with my 3 month old. But i am scared of his mother behaviour, as last tym my parents got very sick after that event. I dnt wana loose my child in all this. Pls suggest me what to do. I m in unhappy marriage. It is taking my mental peace.

at first police complaint, (FIR) 498A, Dowry , then you go to your paternal House, with your child, then after one month you file125 CrPC, and 3 & 4 D V act, After all this is settled you file Divorce caes if you want

Was your marriage registered? if yes then you go to court and file divorce caes, and not registered then must needed kazi decleration then filling divorce case, and submitted your decleration certificate in court
