Q: file petition in Chandigarh high court u/s 226 / 227 to expedite

I want to file a petition in the Chandigarh High Court u/s 226 / 227 to expedite the divorce case proceeding. Can all processes be done online I am from Gurgaon i filed the case in the Gurgaon district court

Advocate Jayaditya Gupta answered
A party cannot directly approach any appellant court that is high court directly in case of divorce, and a petition under section 226/227 which invokes writ jurisdiction by the High Court does not entertain any plea if approached directly in case of divorce casesIn the High court, Petitioners are not required to appear physically or online, the procedure is distinct from that of District courts where petitioner is required to appear physically before the court. Otherwise every case has its own uniqueness and depends upon facts and circumstances thus the ideal answer cannot be answered without correct one to one legal consultation
