Success rate of these marriages is very less but marriage succes depends upon understanding between partners...so if she want divorce u can go for mediation and try to talk to her...thereafter if she is so adamant for divorce then u have no option..

Advocate Jaspreet Singh Brar answered
Its all about wat u think abt ur relationship with ur wife..in marriage its abt give and take . If ur married life is not going well then try mediation and if mediation fails then go for mutual at any cost to buy peace and if u go for contested divorces it will further take 3/4 year and u have fight upto high court because contested divorce are really granted by court.. court.

If ur father had left any will in ur favour then she cant but if not then property will be mutated in your favour and as well ur sister in equal...but if ur sister does not want the same she can give affidavit in your before tehsildar then the same would be transferred in your favour...otherwise she is owner in equal share...
