Q: What is the procedure in a 420 case for how long can a case go on

A male friend was arrested on grounds that he had borrowed 1 lakh rupees from a girl and promised marriage. By the time the girl withdrew the complaint an FIR was filed. He was in jail for a week and was released on bail. What will be the next step? Is there a way to fast track the case? He has a job offer from abroad. And hence how long can he take permission to join the job?

Q: Company not giving experience letter what action can I take

I resigned from my current company and the resignation was accepted (over email) with a notice period of 2 weeks. However, in the acceptance email Hr has mentioned that all the "payment dues" and "experience letter" would be given within 30 days from the day of exit. Payment dues are fine however in the absence of an experience letter from the company I won't be able to join any other company because they are asking for the experience letter from the previous company. I have raised this concern to the HR however they are saying that this is the company policy that they follow.
