Q: Donated property but paperwork not done

We are a temple which part of the land is donated. Unfortunately transfer and registration was not done and the husband died, property is in wife’s name. Wife wants to sell. Temple has been running for 25 years and entire property is in temples possession. Now a builder has taken an approval for levelling the entire land and what can we do?

the best thing here is you are a temple and you are having the possession of land .make sure they are not able to take the possession of property from you and if you have document regarding donation of that land to the temple from the husband of that lady use it and file a case before the court and let the case run

give them a written application and notice for refund of fees and if they dont then file a case with consumer forum for deficiency in services and accordingly claim refund of the fees..make sure you get a receiving of written application

I bought the property.. whose agreement was completed .. I made the full payment as per the agreement but now the party is refusing for registration.. what should I do.. ?

go for a specific performance case in district court and also file for a stay to stop further transfer of property till your issue gets resolved.also you can go for a criminal case if you have any contact within you local police station
