Q: Wife took money from brother cheque received got bounced
sir, my wife taken 20 lakhs money from my brother for her family(her father home needs) she told to give the money back after 6 months.but, after 6 months her father not adjust the money.and told very difficult to give money back.my wife issued a cheque to settle the money after heavy requests given to us. she given a time to exchange the cheque. but in the given time the cheque was bounce because it is not having money in her account. she spend total money for shiopping and for her brother and father needs. can my brother claim money because cheaque was bounce.my wife separated from me .

Sir. when u present the cheque before the Bank ? you first consent any Advocate and do this , from the date of present the cheque u must issue a legal notice to accused within 15 days otherwise the cheque is not maintainable. Or ask the accused r u settle the amount or not if you not settled the amount i take legal action against you.
