Q: What is the procedure to file a divorce case
We belong to Jain family based out of Delhi. We both want to get legal separation. We have one child who is 2 years old. It's been around 3.5 years of our marriage. I want to understand the process. Please let me know asap

Dear,You can file a divorce by mutual consent if both of you have mutually decided to take a divorce.Initially ,joint petition for First motion is filed in the court and court gives a time of 6 months to file second motion.The purpose of giving 6 months of time is to give an opportunity to both the parties for reconcilliation i.e. if they are sure about getting seperated.After 6 months, second motion is filed and then the divorce is granted by the court.
Q: How to get an early hearing in a case
I am ex head constable Ram Partap from bsf. I tried by bsf gsfc court along with two other constable. Bsf gsfc court award us 3 year imprisonment and dismiss from service. We submit a writ petition in Delhi high court and court grant bail .Our case is in the regular basis we want to early hearing it is possible

I got married on 19th feb 2018 in arya samaj mandir tis hazari new delhi but we did not do any registration in court marriage. Things are not working out so just wanted to know is marriage in arya samaj mandir is legal. Do i need to file any divorce?
