My friend was in a relationship with a guy. At first he was great and she even thought she will marry him. Now he's changed. He drinks and smokes. Parties all night. Thinks she's too backward. He abuses her and mentally tortures her. This lead to their break up a few months ago. But now he blackmails her. She is afraid it will bring shame to her family. Recently he even kicked her and beat her. What help can I get for her that won't involve her parents. She is 23 years old. I'm desperately trying to help her!

I was caught with empty beer cans after I came back from a friend's place while throwing it in a dustbin near my house. I have been accused of public drinking and a case has been registered. Five years ago,when I was about 16,I was sitting in a class and a girl was there in front of me.Just out of stupid curiousity,I touched her panty(without any physical contact as such).If say,someone captured a video of me doing this now,what can happen to me?Also,as the case is a meagre one,will I be able to walk out of all this by paying a fine?

I did not understand how you managed to touch the girl without any physical contact as such?It is an offence under the Indian Penal Code and amounts to Criminal action for which you may have to get bail.

You should register an FIR with the police stating all the relevant and important facts therein. You should also mention to the police that you are under constant threat and so is your son and hence protection is needed. You can also file for a divorce along with a maintenance plea therein seeking maintenance for you and your son.
