Q: Will in case of divorce to change my legal heir
Hi, I wanted to frame a will for myself. I have a few questions on it. 1. I have filed a divorce with my wife and my wife will get custody of my child. We are settling it without any payment in cash/kind. I want to make a will to make my brother and my nephew as the completed nominee. Is it possible that I can make them legal heir and they will get all my properties, insurance, and money in case of my death? Or my wife and son san still claim something? irrespective of my will.

You can easily make that person bedakhal from property by making legal documents and through that documents we can publish that notice of bedakhal in the local news paper and kept that newspaper cutting safely and further you can make will of your respected father and mention that bedhakal information in that will so that in future he cannot stand anywhere to claim any property
Q: Notice in Cheque bounce case for different loan monies
Dear Experts,I lent money to a person 3 times on 3 different loan agreements. But now the person is not re-paying monthly instalment from last 2 months.I submitted March Instalment cheques of all the 3 loans and they bounced due to un-sufficient funds.April and May cheques are also with me with their due date, Can I submit all these cheques and send one legal notice? or Can I send 3 different notices for all 3 different loan amounts?Regards
Advocate Harsh Kumar Tanwer answered
You can file 3 different legal notices to that person because there are 3 different loan agreements for that 3 legal notices to be sent along with their respective agreements terms and conditions and the liability will be on that person who had given you the 3 cheques and through legal notices we can create pressure on him to pay your hard earned money
