Q: Received A Summon And Need Clarity If Its True Or Fake

Hi, one of my close friend has received a summon. I tried checking in the ecourt for the same case, i dont see any data. How can i male sure the summon is right or wrong ?

You should directly approach the court to obtain a certified copy of relevant documents from the court case record. Go to copying department, apply with the relevant application, fill up necessary details and submit. Data in CIS is not accurate/misleading and may lead to more troubles and waste of time. Q: BLO duty assigned to a poetically affiliated / markedteacher

As per CEO order 2084(24) Home(elec) . Dated 24.06.2025 No Plotically marked / affiliated teacher cannot be appointed as BLO but I'm the women secretary of TMC and my party president has given me the certificate.. I've provided this information to the ERO with proper documents and show cause reply.. But even after that they show cause me for 2nd time.. Which is ethically a violation of the CEO order.. What should I do now.

With all the papers submitted by you with ERO and the notices/replies of ERO, you should provide legal notice specifying judgements of Supreme court, to quash the 2nd Show cause notice upon you. We had filed a murder case (Section 302 IPC) in the Sessions Court , West Bengal. Unfortunately, the accused was acquitted due to lack of evidence.We strongly believe the judgment was not correct, and we now wish to appeal this decision in the Calcutta High Court.

I ve been in relationship for 10 yrs but his family got him married to someone else by emotional blackmail and now her wife is forcing and thretning him to leave me and spying on his phone.i want justice for both of us for being tortured mentally.

Forced or Coerced Marriage Is IllegalUnder Indian law, any marriage conducted under threat, coercion, or without free will can be declared null and void.Relevant laws:Section 12(1)(c) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 – annulment on grounds of coercion or fraud.Section 19 of the Special Marriage Act, 1954 – marriage voidable if consent obtained by force.If your partner gives a written affidavit or statement confirming he was forced by emotional blackmail, it can be challenged in court.Your boyfriend can change his religion to ISLAM for the purpose of a second marriage with you.Another way is to change the religion of your boyfriend to Islam. Then he can marry you under Special Marriage Act, 1954. His first wife can file a civil case for annulment  of marriage after his religion changes to Islam. His change of religion to Islam on papers just to marry you, and not for real Islam practice and renouncing Hinduism.
