Dear Sir There is Matrimonial case of my sister is pending in district court Chandigarh. Last year in December there was an agreement for the mutual separation. Other group back out of the deed at the last moment after it was signed & agreed before judge. what are the options do we have. what we can do now. what are the legal proceedings we can follow. please advice me .
