Q: Quashing of false FIR registered under section 376,506,120-b of IPC

False fir under section 376,506,120b of IPC and 67 of IT was lodged against me, my wife and my son in Dec., 2017, citing an happening in 2013 (which never occurred). Me and my wife were quitted by special session court Fatehgarh Sahib in Dec., 2022. Challan against my son was not put up to the court as he has been in Australia since 2012. LOC had been issued against my son. Please suggest me a very intelligent Advocate for quashing FIR against my son, who is an Australian citizen.

First Your Son has to come India before coming the same he has to file Anticipatory bail before the District Sessions Court, Fatehgarh Sahib if he didn’t get then has to file before the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court after getting the same, he has to face the trial or can also file Quashing of FIR on merits before the Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court

Q: UMC - Exams. Exam showed as already submitted and umc filed

University exam blocked due to proctoring software VM/sandbox detection. UMC initiated. Need legal advice. Just to add so basically i coudnt not even start the paper it showed paper already submit and they asked me to fill umc report and showed that they got a no-reply email from the software saying i used a VM.

Main un messages me directly involve nahi tha aur ab mai dono mai se kisi ke bhi saath contact mai nhi hun . Agar future me kidnapping case hota hai jisme ye messages incidentally relevant ho sakte hain, to kya mujhe notice, summon, ya legal charge ka risk ho sakta hai? Q: Regarding issue of obc certificate

I wna issue obc NCL certificate from chd. Earlier around 2004 father made only for my brother and me (not himself) from uttrakhand and I don't have now that certificate. Can I issue bona-fide certificate from chd after fulfilling all formalities from chd as fresh since we have been living in chd since 1990
