Q: What action need to be taken against the accused of harrasment ?

I am a Private tutor, I was molested, harassed and badly beaten by the family of my student. I filed an FIR against them but they did a cross FIR (false) against me but they are also absconding. 17 days has passed but no action has been taken against them none of the accused got arrested. I want some legal advice for this case. How long it takes to arrest a culprit related to these kind of harassment case. Even they threatened to kill me and also tried. I am from NorthEast India.

Q: case on false promise of marriage

i filed a case against my bf for false promise of marriage and a case was registerd against him under section 354A, 313, 493 and 506. will he get bail since he is in jail now?

it's little difficult for him to get bail but he will get. usually district and sessions judge would not give bail in case for false promises of marriage but high court will consider the petition for his bail.

yes he will get but if you hire a lawyer and approach the court for rejecting his bail on some ground which I will tell you later on then he may not get bail early. On false promises of marriage generally a person doesn't generally get anticipatory bail in the court of first instant

Q: Help to save from local moneylender

Sir, I had took a loan of Rs. 200000 from a local moneylender at 10 percent interest per month and told will return the money within a year. Then he promised to buy my land and he was unable but he had a bynama which got cancelled a year back. I have till now paid him 8,50,000 and he says I will have to pay him more which I am unable to pay. Please help

Dear sir , I had file an FIR against Silchar LR staffs for illegaly demolished my boundary wall without any notice on 07/09/2018 But No action will be taken by the police . and un necessary delay my case by police .
