Dear Sir, 10 years ago one nationalised bank registered an FIR against me with a allegations that i claimed false atm transactions disputes. But they failed to provide any evidence and also denied to refund any amount. Now the police authority submitted the FR as no evidence was available. So please let me know how i get my money back with penalty and compensation. Hope you guide me.

if there is a transaction through atm then there must be a bank statement for it and if the case is closed as FR by the police then you will have to appear before the court and say that you are dissatisfied with the investigation and you need further investigation and it must be reinvestigated. if again FR is done by police then the case will proceed further as complain case but for this you will require an advocate

mutual divorce means to seperate from each other with mutual consent. if your wife is able to give her consent for divorce and you both can together file the divorce petition in the court then yes you can mutually seperate and the court will also pass the decree.
