Husband left me within 10 days after marriage (temple marriage love) asked for a formal marriage we couldn't afford that. then after knowing my past relationship which was before marriage he told me the marriage is invalid if I want to stay with him I have to convince my father for formal marriage my father have to take every expenses) after my father refused,he left me for 2 months without providing anything, cut all contacts

do you have any photographs regarding your temple marriage? do you have the detail postal address of your husband?do you have the details about your husband's profession and salary?if so, then file a maintenance case through your pleader against your husband. you will get relief soon.

Q: Want to end a relation where no legal marriage took place

I have been in a relationship since 15 years. I have a daughter.I was not happy since day one and I always wanted to break the relation. But the man with whom I have been in relation he always threatend me that he will torture me till my death but never make me free from this relation. I wanted to make police complain but he told me as we had no legal marriage so no police complain will be filed against him. Can u please suggest me how can I legally free from this relation..I m tired..

first of all it is not clear that who is the father of your daughter.secondly if your daughter's father is another man and you are divorced and from last 15 years you are in a relationship with present man then you can easily file a complain at your nearest police station and lodge a FIR in reference of physical relation under false pretext of marriage and also physical assault. it will help you free from this toxic relationship.

Q: Took a loan from a neighbor and gave him post dated cheque

I had taken a loan from a neighborhood guy of Rs. 3 lakhs for the need of home renovation purpose and had sign on the agreement court paper and gave him the post dated cheque but now that date is due in two days but I am unable to arrange money because of my mother's hospitalization for back to back two months, now my savings is nill, I asked him for an extension he first agreed but suddenly refusing today and threatening me to file FIR and criminal suit against me.I'm so panicked, help me.

he can't file FIR directly for this reason. he has to drop the cheque first at bank and after bounce of that cheque he have to send you a demand notice for payment of that amount. you have to reply through your attorney and pray for time.I suggest you if he files a complaint case u/s-138 of NI Act, it will troubles him only bkz without licence from competent authority no one can offer loan to anyone.
