Q: Regarding summon without seal and signature

Is it valid , a digital court summon send via whatsapp to a doctor for MLC evidence without seal and signature ?

This might be a fraud. The court ensures sending a notice for appearance by either registered post or email. Whatsapp service may be attempted if the other 2 options didn’t work. But the notice shall always come with the seal of court. There would be a case number and the case may be tracked using the e-courts services and the order can be verified.The court always passes an order to direct such service.

Q: My account had been leined due to some cyber cell complaint

Basically my home is like in the corner like two homes and they got a space in front of them and both the houses are secured by a big gate and just beside us there is a neighbour who has like a little space beside so the thing is in front of that gate we got a slope through which we enter or keep our vehicles now he kept a car in front of that and only kept that much space through which our two vehicles go or come by now he's saying THAT THE SLOPE IS HIS AND THE CAR IS IN FRONT OF THEIR HOUSE

If the person is creating nuisance, you can make a complaint at the nearest police station. Always give a copy to SP/ DCP so that the police takes action promptly. I would not suggest getting into litigation for this issue, you can also get a legal notice sent to him so that he takes the matter seriously.

Apke nearest police station parr jake report likhwaiye. Jo complaint aap likhwae uski ek copy apke area ke SP/ DCP ko bhi dein taaki police jaldi karyawahi kare. Agar aap police station jaane me asamarth hai to 100 dial karke zero pe bhi report karr sakte hai.
