Q: Need advice for further action

After 4 months of marriage my wife left home with her parents. They said as there is lack of understanding between both lets separate out for a month.After a month her parents said we took a decision of separation and she wants to break the marriage. We tried to ask them for a reason . They asked to return her thingswith amount and mutual divorce. We returned all items and Amount with signature proof. But After taking the amount they are not talking to us not even pickthe calls. Its a kind of mental torture and fear of false allegations. We did every thing as they demand. what should be the next step ?

iske liye aapko Ek Bar Court mein aana hi hoga, jismein aapki BaiL aapke Vakil ke dwara Karva Di Jayegi uske bad apko Bar Bar Aane ki jarurat Nahin Hogi , aap uske liye Apne Vakil ke baat Karte rhe. Baki sabhi proceedings lawyer ke dwara kr li jawegi

Q: My wife file a maintenance case in civil court as well as in defense

Hlo sir/mam. I am serving in armed forces. My wife have a degree of msc biotech and working in reputed company with handsome salary. Unfortunately she is not with me and apply maintaince case in civil court and also give a application in my department for maintaince.But already maintaince case is proceeding in civil court..but my department give me show cause notice.tell me what I give reply in show cause notice

aap apne Vakil ke Madhyam se family court mein Parivad file kar sakte hain ke Aadhar per aapko aap ke khilaf Ke Ja Rahe Hain maintenance case aur Anya notice processing Se bhi relief mil Jayegi or jo aap family court mein pariwad karenge usme ap agar divorce ya any koi settlement Chahte Hain vah bhi le sakte hain eske liye ap lawyer appoint kar le jo apko officially inquiry and notice se bhi apko relief dilwa denege
