Q: Procedure If Rent Is Not Paid Regularly On Date

They (tenant) supposed to pay rent on 11 but they pay by 20-30 also I want to know agreement has been expired I want vacate home their security deposit we have it, they didn't pay rent from more then two months they are not to be found / traced they left home 45 days back not able to contact them, I am not receiving any contact or rent from them... Can I file complent and tell police to vacate the home... And also how to get notice of lawyer for lock

First give a police complaint with the jurisdictional police. But police cannot vacate them or break open the lock. paralally you have to issue a legal notice asking for vacant possession and forfeiting the security deposit. Through Due process of law only you can vacate them.
