In this case question of rejection dose not arise at all , in police verification the impotent question is whether any police case is pending or not if there is no case is pending so no problem will be arise, but it must be disclose the past case and status

Q: Grandmother filed false case against son & wife for attempt to murder

My grandma filed a false attempt to murder case against my father and my mother. When the actual situation created I am there, and my age is 13 on that time now I am 18years old. Actually that day my mom going to bath at 12:30/1:30pm like any regular days, but suddenly my uncles or my father's brothers started shouting and also using slangs on my mother. When she protest on that my uncles attack on my mother. And I'm also mentioned that on this time my father are not there at home I'm very scared and called my 'Mama' to come to protect my mother. After all that we go to the police station and filed a FIR against my grandma and uncles, and police didn't take any FIR from my grandmother. But after that go to court and filled a false attempt to murder case against my mom dad and against my mom's family. What should we need to do now? and one more thing this is a case of 2013 and now 2018 and the case is on going.

Advocate Ashis Kumar Chowdhury answered
your father may file complain by ventilating his grievances before the local police and superintendent police or police commissioner and if no steps will take by them than your father can file case of police inaction for getting the relief

Q: Legal action if I am scammed by an online company

An online recruiter had sourced my CV from Monster.com and had contacted me recently. He suggested some possible openings which suited my profile. He asked for a registration fee , and then subsequently some more fees for verification and placement services. These payments were made online through their web page. I had checked the company was registered from its domain name. They also sent an email confirming their services. However they went silent after that and did not respond to calls / emails. I found an alternate number from their site and contacted their office. I was told that they do not have me registered and they also do not have any such plans as was offered in the email. I suspect this recruiter to be using the online companies website perhaps fraudulently. Given the above a) Is it possible to recover the money paid legally through IT Act and IPC b) What specific information would help my case, in case I can contact this recruiter

Advocate Ashis Kumar Chowdhury answered
you may complain before your local police station by ventilating your grievances along with proof of evidence that you had paid the amount to said company i, if the police will not take any steps on the basis of your complain than you my file police inaction case before court apart from that you may also file money suit for recovery the amount
