I had registered my case in section 354 of one guy now police is taking money for arresting him ....I deny to give now they are saying that they will apply khatma in it

Q: Unknown person defaming by sharing private pictures & videos

Somebody is defaming me by sharing my private pics and videos pretending to be mine and verbally also.i dont have any proof, who is doing and what type of photos has been shared.but in my office people are behaving in awkward way and commenting indirectly or directly.what to do??

Q: Girlfriend file fake case of rape & miscarriage on pretext of marriage

I am an Indian Air Force personal My girlfriend have filed a case of "rape on pretext of marriage" against me also stated that she was pregnant earlier but miscarriaged,also i got anticipatory bail now till date

Q: Can police arrest accused after judicial custody if was never arrested

an accused was brought from another state on production warrant. Then he was sent directly to judicial custody. Can police take arrest after judicial custody as he was never arrested?

Yes police has a right to arrest the accused once he steps outside the court. Secondly, the police can take a formal arrest in any case even if the accused is under custody in any other case from the jail itself

Can a Registered trade union organise a sports event under its banner? Whether orgnising sports event is wholly unconnected with the legitimate objects of Trade union?
