Hello Sir / MadamI am need of land mutation for my property which is located in PO Gulzarbagh, Patna. To whom should i approach and what are the steps?

apply before the concerned circle officer. he is empowered to open record and after inquiry may do mutation done.there is process to apply with owner ship documents as sale deed and etc . notice is to be served to public that this land is going to be dakhil and specific is being kharij.

Q: False Accusation for Attempt to Rape

During the construction of our house in my hometown, there was a mishappening and my neighbors house was damaged to some extent, there's series of incidence. Things happened in my absence. However, recently the neighbour has filed a complaint in the court adding a false accussation that I had made an attempt to rape her. While the fact is I had been in my workplace and I have all the proofs regarding it. What should be my next step?

you have to face the trial because it is already pending before the court. Get bail immediately there is nothing can be done . it is another matter that how do you prove in the court by your defensive skills.

बिना कार्य किये शिक्षक का मानदेय निर्धारित का आदेश जारी कर मुझे निलंबित का विभागीय कार्यवाहो चलाकर दंडित किया गया परंतु rdd के यहाँ अपील की सुनवाई के बाद मुझे दोषमुक्त किया गया क्या मैं मेरे ऊपर गलत आरोप लगाकर परेशान करने के लिए संबंधित अधिकारी के खिलाफ आपराधिक मुकदमा दायर कर सकता हूँ और क्या इसके लिए विभाग की अनुमति लेनी होगी

हिन्दू अधिनियम के अंतर्गत पिता एवम मां के संपति का हकदार उसका पुत्र /पुत्री ही है । एकमात्र पुत्र आप हैं इसलिये आप ही उसके उत्तराधिकारी हैं । मां के जीवन काल मे यह आपकी संपति तभी होती जब मां के द्वारा आपको दिया जाता । मां की मृत्यु हो गई है अतः आप ही उत्तराधिकारी है

Q: Father not sharing his ITR details or income certificate

I need to renew my OBC NCL certificate. For that i need my fathers ITR or income certificate.But due to differences , he is denying to share or help in getting the OBC NCL document.I am married woman.WHat should i do?

you are a married women why do you need to get your father's income for OBC NCL. get it confirmed by authority then sent your problem to me. it may your husband or yourself income is needed .
