I have a joint account with my Father and mother I was issued cheque of this account to my customer signed only by me cheque was disowned due to insufficient fund .Will the legal action apply on the other two account holder also or the legal can be taken only on me?

Q: Filing for divorce as husband an alcoholic & have extra marital affair
I am 54,with 2 grown up children and a hindu. My husband is an alchoholic and involved with a woman too. Doing nothing and loan to pay about 35-40lakhs. Our house is mortgaged. Loan is in my name. I want to come out of all this.

Q: Legal remedy as cheque bounce defaulter not replying to legal notice
Sir, I need your guidance in my case. As I got a cheque on 11.01.18 of Rs 2,00,000 & it was bounced then after 5 days I issued a notice against the drawer of the cheque. Since then it has been 2 months approx. but the drawer has niether answered to my notice nor given intimation to return my hard earned money back. I also informed the local police station but they said please wait for some more time. Sir I just want your advice as to how this matter should be solved now as the 45 days time limit from the date of dishonour has passed. So please kindly guide me I will be highly obliged to you sir.
