Sir I want to leave the govt medical college due to the depression caused by harassing of a faculty but I am confused how to get my original documents back because I am unable to pay such a huge amount of bond.Pls help me out.

I was convicted in 376/506 in the year 2017 and till then my appeal is pending in high court.Is there any remedy that my appeal can be heard as soon as possible.Is there any method by which i can induce additional evidences to the high court when my council admitted that this appeal can not be heard on merits in the future
